DESCRIPTION:
California Avocado Lover said Everone should have this book!. This book is a must have for everyone. Whether you have a green thumb or not, this book is a great tell all and reference to answer every day questions and long term planning for all of your gardening needs. My husband was brought up with an older version of this and got me hooked. We reference it all the time. I highly recommend it. This would be a really great gift too!. "Fantastic Book" according to me. This is a great book, inexpensive, comprehensive, and worthwhile. Please consider this book if you at all work in production agriculture, horticulture, love plants, etc. It explains the soil-nutrient-plant relationship very well and in easy to understand language. Though this is a scientific book, it's something that an everyday person can understand. It also does a great job laying out each of the essential plant nutrients, how they are derived, and how their used by the plant. The chapter on lowering pH, etc. is also spot onthe industry standard.. Mrs Diane L Walker said Four Stars. A good general reference material
