Linda A wonderful books with easy to follow illustrations. Different activities than most exercise books and answers the questions "How to warm up?" Most important, I feel that my body really likes these movements (when I last saw the Chiropractor my neck was much looser than before). Can take it with you when you travel too and do anywhere.. "One Star" according to Shirley Mattson. This book is difficult to use as a trainer.
