Basic overview only H. Alvias Wasn't expecting much since it's a very cheap book. Very basic overview of the Linux system admin in Ubuntu, I think I finished the book in about 10 minutes or so. I believe there are web searches that would provide the same information as the book.. Ubuntu overview Mark Ron's writing style is concise and accurate. Anyone who choses Ubuntu for their desktop does so for a reason it just works without getting in the way. (very Mac-like, if I dare say so) If you want to do more than just the menu choices, this book is a good read for terminal commands and Ubuntu installation. Some topics are a bit light (netstat, arp, ifconfig, and troubleshooting) but Ubuntu has plenty of user support and manpages for that.For me, Ubuntu doesn't need any more of a printed manual than what R
