No AWD! I bought this manual specifically because I wanted a complete repair manual that included the all-wheel drive Matrix. Alas, there is no information contained here on the all-wheel drive model, and there is no way to discover this without having a copy of the manual. I also bought the Chilton's manual for the same vehicle, and the same was true there: no AWD coverage, and no way to find that out in advance. In fact the Chilton's manual (published by the Haynes Publishing Group) includes many pictures. Pretty much identical to the Chilton's Manual Adam Conover It's hard to figure out how to rate this one because it's nearly identical to Toyota Matrix & Pontiac Vibe: 2003 thru 2008 (Chilton's Total Car Care Repair Manual). The only real differences I could find in a side-by-side comparison was in typesetting and paper quality, with a few minor organizational differences. The Chilton's version is printed in a slightly larger san-serif font on a little heavier paper; that's about it. I guess since Haynes actually published both, the lack of difference should. Need more detail In my opinion, this manual only covers the surface of each catagory, the basics. If you are looking for specifics on a particular repair, such as replacing the motor that operates the fresh air vent as an example, this manual is not for you. It is lacking detail, step by step instructions needed to actually complete a repair. For the price, I guess you get what you pay for and it dosen't hurt to have it, just a bit diappointing.
