Umm J. Grant It was an okay book, but you can find most of the information browsing google. Choose a different book.. "Impressed" according to N. Perz. I've bought a good number of these types of books lately and most of them have been disappointing (for various reasons). I was rather impressed with this one, however; there was a good deal of both basic information and practical advice that can only come from experience. I really felt that he was giving honest advise rather than just pushing fluff to sell books. I purchased a lot of books to read up on the profession and this book was one of them. The author (IMO) had a lot of good information - he stresses selling smarter (mainly by selling more expensive homes) but at the end he talks about decreasing commission rates and why this is happening. The book was very motivating except at the end, when the commission rates come up for discussion, the way it is written kind of puts a damper on the excitement. Overall a pretty good book though.
