The text offers an ideal model for nonverbal communication and emphasizes how to read the “unspoken message”
"One Star" according to Amazon Customer. Amazon service is great but the book is poorly written.. "Good psychology text" according to Scott L. Diering, MD. This is a very good psychology textbook. It provides a detailed analysis of types of patients you will be dealing with, and gives a very good look at various behaviors. However, it does not teach the skills mentioned in the title, it analyzes them.. A very good book for people in health releated fields I ordered this book because I needed it for a health class, it came in a timely manner so I didn't fall behind while waiting for this book to ship to me. The book arrived in good condition, even though my major doesn't necessarily relate to health I find the book enjoyable and a worthwhile read for anyone because there are some good social tips in there that you might not have thought of. I'm happy I purchased this book.
