There's not much to the plot, so any appeal the book might have lies in the good old boy persona of Carl Heller himself. With plenty of homespun wisdom and self deprecating humor, Heller reveals himself to be a likeable eve. This fourth installment of the Carl Heller saga was ok This fourth installment of the Carl Heller saga was ok -- unexceptional and some gratuitous sex. I will try the next one and, if no improvement, will abandon the series.
