Odd relationship with the spice of non con Spiral of Sand is written by an author who likes the forbidden familiar relationships. While they are often times obscure (think baby from mistress never meeting full heir but still blood related to an extent) the blood ties are there. So if stuff like that bothers you I really wouldn't pick up any of her mangas. They are beautifully drawn though. Spiral of Sand doesn't have blood between the two lovers (I use lovers so loosely) but there is a father connection.Warning this plot is not for everyo. Quite an intriguing plot Niki OK, a forewarning on this one for those of you who do not favor non-con and the victim falling for his attacker. But hey this is a common theme in Yaoi. That aside, I do enjoy the drama and love triangle played out among the 3 guys, Haruka, Homura and Ryo. There is plenty of sex because of all the non cons. It is a pity that the sex is not more explicit as it would have been better if it is more hardcore in this kind of plot. Haruka is of course the poor uke caught up in the web of revenge as Hom. rennes said its good. this book has a great plot and good drawings. it is not a hard core yaoi while it does have sex seance they are not the best drawn. but it does have a great story to it.
