A Customer said This book is a perfect gift for solar cat lovers!. This is a great gift book for anyone who has anything to do with either cats or solar energy. I was very disappointed not to find it amongst Amazon's extensive inventory.. "Hilarious satire for cat lovers" according to Patti. This book has almost nothing to do with actual solar energy. It was written many years ago. In fact, I remember reading this book as a kid, but not really getting all the humor in it. Now, as an adult, I share this book with my boys, who think it's a riot. It's really a book for cat lovers who get a kick out of imaging that cats somehow passively rule the world.
. Jim Augustyn is an engineer who has worked in solar energy research and development since 1975. He lives and works in Berkeley, California, and pretty much likes cats
