Just okay I think this is a must have for MCAT test takers since it is actually made by the company that administers the exams. It has important details on how to prepare for exam day. But, I think it is dense and hard to read. I know the MCAT exam is not trivial, but this book as a sole "guide" is not really practical for studying.
