Malcolm Knowles ROCKS Gary Beck This is an amazing book about an incredible visionary. As the father of androgogy, this book really gives great insight into the man who understood the differences between adult learners and young learners. It's a great book and really an inspiration.. I use Knowles' techniques in the classroom! Rom Gayoso Knowles does a great job in presenting the theme of adult education. As an educator I use his techniques all the time and I believe he very clearly described strategies to facilitate the learning process for adults.
