Good ideas but not worth the $$ Ramiro The book did have a few good ideas but I was surprised that the book only has 27 fee ideas - what?It definitely was not worth the price.If you can buy it with a friend or co worker - that it may be worth it. It just goes through each one with full explanations, pros and cons list, and an example of how to describe it to the tenant. Very useful! Wish I had it a while ago when I first started renting .
