Gleaton "Courage to Be Chaste" is somewhat helpful in helping one learn how to lead a more chaste life as a single person. But, since it was written for the homosexual person, a person who is not homosexual will need to skip about half of the book. I found this somewhat misleading and did not find it as helpful as I had hoped.
