Great book by great author!!!! Ronald I found this book to be quite fun to read and full of interesting facts about the Beatles that are really terrific!!!GREAT JOB BELMO!!!!. Kramer and the Dakotas and Matt Munro to superstars such as Elton John. A testament to the continuing legacy of the musical and visual genius of the Beatles, this compendium of Beatlemania reveals untold influences the group exerted on both the music and entertainment worlds. Beginning with a listing of Beatles songs performed by other artists, the narrative chronicles recordings from lesser known talents such as Billy J. A survey of more than 500 tribute albums with complete recording information; reviews of notable tribute albums by artists such as the Billy Preston, the Chipmunks, and the Hollyridge Strings; and a listing of 600 tribute bands worldwide are included, along with a history of nearly one thousand comedy, novelty, and cash-in records. More than 300 parodies of Beatles' jacket sleeves by other artists, other Beatle parodies found in print and on television, and hundreds of illustrations of rare album cover art round out the exhaustive account.
