My son likes it, but it has ALOT of errors Possum Trot My son wanted this book after seeing it at his school library. He really enjoyed looking at all the photos.On to the down side: the book is from England, and uses the metric system (ounces instead of teaspoons and cups). I have to guestimate some of the ingredients.I've found their baking times are off. Too short for their mini pies and too long for their scones.Sometimes, their measurements are off (calling for a full tsp of baking soda in the cookies when it's a half recipe by American standards, gives it a very bad aftertaste).So, the book has done it's job: getting my son excited about cooking and giving us something to do.
