Swamp Thing confronts Seeder and tries to convince him to stop his ways but the Parliament of Trees sees that Seeder, now revealed to be Jason Woodrue a.k.a. The Floronic Man is capable of taking on the Avatar with limited understanding of the Green. The Parliament views Alec as weak and therefore allows Seeder to challenge Swamp Thing to a duel to the death for the right to become the Avatar of the Green.Story: I loved the story. Soule REALLY expands Swampy's mythos in this arc and has him travel into the Gree. left off. That writer being Charles Soule, who not only took over the reigns from superstar writer Scott Snyder, but his work is pretty good; more so where I've become a pretty big admirer of his that I read everything he's published in comics thus far (even his first comic publish, Strongman in 2009).
