I wish I had never read it however. For starters the "super power" foods she recommends for 6-8 month old babes are "grated frozen liver, soft boiled egg yolks (warm but runny) from organic, free range pastured eggs, marrow bones, souper stock, and cod liver oil" for starters, that's hardly a varied diet. I took her advice and let some of. "Helpful information on raising a paleo baby." according to Jessica Poppe. To be honest this was not what I was expecting ( I didn't read the reviews). It has lots of great information about why certain foods are better for your baby (and you). I already prescribe to a mostly grain free life for health reasons so I enjoyed this book. It is basically Grain Brain but for babies and has lots of great recipes. I will say though that if you are of the mind set that your baby HAS to have rice cereal
