Amazon Customer said With an easy to understand format. I bought With an easy to understand format I bought 3 Senior housing sales and marketing books from Amazon and this one TAKES THE CAKE! Diane freely shares the "secret sauce" with you to increase the occupancy at your community. What I really loved about the book was that she is not a "used car salesman" just trying to close the deal no matter what. She meets the "future residents' needs by showing them how much better life will be for them. My Pastor always say. Senior housing sales and marketing books from Amazon and this one TAKES THE CAKE! I did expect some of this due to the cartoon cover, but it was really over the top. The other thing that I noted immediately was that the book lacks an important element any nonfiction instructional book should have -- an index. With Ms. Masson's business background, I expected something more button-down in approac
