Great Study Aid This book is a fantastic study aid, whether you are getting ready for final exams or are an attorney wanting to brush up. It really makes the subject clear and concise, which is a miracle considering the horrible tangle that has been made of the law. Collins does a nice job explaining the cases, and their realtionships to one another, and to 1983 doctrine. It doesn't cover 1981, 82, or 85, which is unfortunate because they are usually taught together with 1983. BUT, since 83 is more common and more complicated, this is still a great book.
