Really Great Well written and the suspense was great. It sure gave you an inside look at what being in the police force is really like. Their life's are on the line every day and there isn't much glamour in the job. The politics are everywhere and I'm sure it hampers their job daily. Great read and I'm looking forward to reading more of his books.. Reverent I liked itAlthough written years ago the plot is so relevant to today's world. The main character was what I thought a police officer should be.Could have done without the gratuitous sex, but that might not have changed that much. Enjoyed!!#. Hardline Police Story. DAC This is one of the most hardboiled police Stories I've read. Corruption on the highest level. Resolved in a most unusual manner. Hard to put down. Caunitz has every right to be proud of this work.
