Book if full of great information, but there is only one practice test.I feel it is a little expensive for not including a CD or additional testing material.But it is full of good information.. passages said Over-Priced.. Book is ridiculously over-priced. Selling cost should be reduced by 50% given the contents of the book. That being said, the information contained was helpful.. Great for beginners!! Has a lot of useful information. The loan document samples are especially helpful because it gives you a script of what to say for each document.
