I suppose for someone who already has a heavy background in VBA, it might be too simple, but in my case, the book taught me several dozen neat techniques for improving my Access experience. It was both easy to follow and highly useful. I couldn'. Easy to understand, easy to use, a little tricky 2 implement A Customer First off, if you are a beginner at programming, this book is great. The book gives you easy to understand, hard to fail examples that walk you through the code and gives you a basic understanding of what your writing.The only time I struggled was when I was trying to implement the code to my own applications. This is the book. A light start to VBA before a more advanced learning. A Customer I have read more complete books about Access VBA, like Rick Dobson, Core Reference, which probably make me take a star of the rating of Callahan's. Although I think that if I had read this book before Dobson, I would have rated it five stars and I would have spared some hours on my way to learn VBA. It is a good start to VBA,
