Most complete Management book yet This book was great from cover to cover, it gives practical application to all present and future EMS leaders. The authors combination of experience and knowledge was a perfect mix to the book. I recommend this book to anyone who wishes to excel in EMS, as well as schools to put in there current EMS curriculum.. bberg said Good information for the future EMS leader. This book has lots of useful information in it. It was required for the class I was taking, but I would recommend it to anyone who may already be in a leadership/managerial position with an EMS organization or that is wanting to be in the future. It covers many topics that are pertinent to any management position. Budgets, human resources, customer service, marketing, career development, incident management, etc. Good layout and pretty easy to read.. Joseph Williams said Contained alot of valuable information.
