These are the best maps for anyone who likes to travel off the N1UB These are the best maps for anyone who likes to travel off the paved road, (great on road too). I have heard that Garmin bought Delorme so I bought an extra map. I hope Garmin continues to publish these wonderful maps.. There is no substitute for the Gazetteer, even Google. I know that the days of paper maps are almost over, but this map is special. Not only does it show virtually every road in Maine, it is also filled with terrific ideas for things to do and places to visit. If you are coming to Maine, get one of these and spend the entire vacation exploring.. Harder to use than earlier edition. Index is not Harder to use than earlier edition. Index is not located in back so had hard time finding it. Found it easier to get a road map and use it than to try to use the Gazetteer.
