"junk" according to Crease in the Page. I really like some of the other books in this Arty Facts series, so I bought this one, too. Unfortunately, most of the activities in this book are useless junk. I realize art isn't usually about functionality, but after the work kids invest in making these machine projects, they'll really want them to work. But they don't. They're just for looking at. Bummer.
