Did Remind Me of Romeo and Juliet Sweet story that did remind me of Romeo and Juliet. Sophie's family has held hard feelings towards Jack's for years, and advised her to stay away from him. They had arranged a marriage to a Duke to return their family back to social prominence.Jack was intrigued by Sophie and tried to get to know her. Jack impressed me by telling Sophie he did not know if he loved her yet, but he knew they were attracted to each other and not to marry until they could figure out their feelings. Jack even abducted her to prevent her marriage and took her to. Loves To Read said Boring, nonsensical and schizophrenic. This was my first Nicole Jordan book and while the writing was fine, the plot was boring and the characters' actions didn't make much sense. In most romance novels the development of the relationship between the hero and heroine is interspersed with some other plot. A mystery, a treasure hunt, a kidnapping, etc. SOMETHING else needs to happen in the story or it gets boring.
