Having tried only black-and-white drawings myself, I can only imagine how much work went into these beautiful pieces. I enjoyed the precision of lines (whether it's still-life or people) and an amazing realism of colors and textures. My favorite part is the marbles, glass, and water that are unbelievably alive and real. This book is a collection of masterpieces.. "really good" according to Juan Soto. This book is inspiring, a joy to read. The treatment of light is very well done, and it makes for a kind of radiant realism..
