The contents is OK but must need to work with Cisco program online.. No Pictures Or Diagrams Don't waste your money on this course booklet. It doesn't contain the pictures or diagrams from the online CISCO course. This is a real problem because the diagrams for this course include most of the course content. You will have to read this booklet with the web course open at the same time.
