DESCRIPTION:

In the best interest f the child I notice among the comments how wonderful this book is it really and truly is! there are no comments from grandparents. As a grandparent,I was so pleased to see there is a book that can protect grandchildren! Often we get left behind, with the majority of the messages gearedtoward parents going through divorce; it is often a sticky subject, and even though a parent might come in contact with such a great book, they do not want to add fuel to the fire by giving it to their grownchildren, who are often behaving immaturely. As a grandparent we have more latitude, we have earned the right to state our opinions It is myopinion thi. "Five star book." according to Melissa Mickens. I was given this book by my mother as a newly divorced parent. It was a great reality check. Finally, a real perspective from the child's point of view. You begin to understand what damage your reactions can make when "little ears" are listening and you think they are not. Also gives great advice to learn to co-parent. My mother asked for the book back but I had given it to my ex-husband. A must read.. "Outstanding!" according to M. McKnight. This is an outstanding reference book for parents trying to work their way through the emotional difficulties of divorce with the least possible amount of damage to the children. It holds out the hope that, with time, there is light at the end of the tunnel!
