"Sequel to Scars of Youth." according to Nicole Riles. In My Dreams is the sequel to Scars Of Youth by Shane Morales. The story starts seven years after the first book ends and Jess is now working in a hospital thinking she will never see Kyle again but fate has other ideas. When a chance encounter happens Jess decides she would rather have Kyle in her life as a friend than nothing at all. Can the two be friends or will jealously destroy what litt. Torn, troubled and tormented. Terrific! FireDancer If you loved Scars of Youth, this will explain so much of the dreadful incidents combining to make Jess such a deeply disturbed character. Morales’ skill is such that is such that as a reader, you care so deeply about his torn, tormented characters you want to reach into the kindle and slap them out of their spiral of despair and destruction. These characters will stay with you long afte. Fantastic Read In My Dreams was a fantastic read. The characters were well developed with a strong storyline connecting the meant to be lovers. The prequel, Scars of Youth, was also fantastic, but I just can't express how much more I loved reading In My Dreams. I'm a sucker for happy endings and overcoming debilitating problems as the characters grow into who they are meant to be.
