An excellent book about a fascinating man If you're a Jackie Chan fan, you must read this book. It is an excellent account of his life, from his pre-opera days through the present. His early days in Hong Kong cinema are as fascinating as his childhood years in the opera school. And Jackie doesn't paint a perfect picture of himself - his accounts of his early success are thoug. A fantastic look into an amazing man N. Johns First and formost, if your a Jackie Chan fan, you owe it to yourself to read this book. I was captivated from beginning to end with this surprisingly touching book. It really sounds like Jackie is talking to you, giving you insite rarley seen anywhere else. I had no idea of the things he has gone through in his 45+ life so far. This b. "a great read" according to Tracy J. McCane. I have read this book more than 10 times and it never gets old. The stories are incredible, told by Chan himself. Although it doesn't go as deep as a big Chan fan might hope, it is funny, smart and very entertaining.
