Jason L Marsh said Four Stars. Intelligently written. Swadeck Taher said Too General - could apply to any organisation. I bought this book despite the high price thinking that it would really help me in working with my hospital's HR Exec. It did not help me at all. The book is of a general nature with "Healthcare professionals" thrown in here and there. Really, not recommended if you . Great! !! Great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Must buy for all MBA students. I'm a health care administration MBA student. Very helpful and useful. Was very helpful.
