I love the huge detailed illustrations Parka [[VIDEOID:38339131]]Human Anatomy for Artists by Andras Szunyoghy is a rather thick anatomy reference book at 496 pages. It's loaded with huge detailed pencil illustrations. They are really big and a pleasure to look at.The examples are shown in all positions, top and bottom whenever necessary. There are drawings of individual muscles as well as when they are layered on top one another. Every new page takes a bit of the previous and builds on it, all the way to the end. Every part of the bones and muscles are very clea. "you can't find a better one" according to Laura A. Chichisan. As an artist and bookseller I have not been able to find a better artistic anatomy book. There are one or two better ones, available in Europe, but not in the US. This is your best option.. I browsed through it in the book store and found clear pencil drawings, good text and surprisingly detailed content. There are many pages and many illustrations for each part of the body. Different muscle layers are covered as well as bones(front, back, side, above and underneath views for each!) and movement.Its week side is lack of muscle effects on the skin, so you'll have to get a figure drawing book for that.
