OhSoCoy said This book changed my life. If you are interested in holistic health, then this is the right book for you. I was initially turned off by the textbook approach to health, but once I started finding useful principles that I could actually apply, I knew the purchase was worth it. The information is presented in a very matter of fact. Very good but needs a little more! J. Morton Overall this book is very interesting and educational. It is very detailed and explains how to achieve great overall health such as eating the right foods, exercise, lower your stress, etc.However, it is overwhelming to me as there are many exercises for different purposes. I have to concentrate to sor. Chek knows! This is in my subjective opinion the bible of nutrition and lifestyle. This will support anyones journey on the path to better health and well-being. Its a must read for any person!
