Probably OK for a young new cook and even more attractive if a new cook and athlete; but, while I definitely cook healthy and am always on the lookout for good new recipes, this book and it's very basic recipes is not so interesting and appealing to me.. excellent Amazon Customer I'm training hard, it's an easy to read and understand guide to eating.Trying to figure out what to eat and getting it wrong so much of the time. This book is a great go to guide for me, it helped me understand and make good food, now I can make my own recipes having this as a reference as to what constitutes a good meal,I have been looking for a book like the fo.
