Card at his best A classic for a reason, the movie didn't do it justice.If you're a smart kid - Card manages to write what it's actually like being a smart kid and dealing with the world. That meant more to me as a kid than the story, the world, or any of the rest of it.The fact that battle school and 3d zero G laser tag battles to save the universe couldn't be cooler is pretty sweet too, but the heart of this book is the mind and soul of Ender and his friends.
