Good Book for Both Elite and Non-Elite Players I bought this book with the intent of getting some new ideas to help develop my team into elite players, and it has been fairly useful.Pros:- Every drill includes the purpose, organization, procedure, key points to look for and coach, AND VARIATIONS!- Each drill includes a clear (albeit sometimes complex)diagram- Exercises for problem areas like "finishing"- Includes drills to d. not extremely useful Although this book has some unique activities in it, I haven't been overly impressed so far.
