Good one I've just had the time to go through this amazing cookbook and half-way through this, I'm already in love. The recipes are really good and I'm planning to try out one today - probably the classic pot roast! Cooking in a pressure cooker does save a lot of time. Susan has added pictures of some of the recipes which is great. Although, not all the recipes has pictures and serving sizes are not mentioned.I liked the fact. A lot of delicious recipes!! Yellow There are a lot of interesting recipes pressure cooker in this book. I took particular interest in recipes for chicken and beef. I have tried and they are wonderful.The book gives recipes for ideas breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can bake cakes and puddings, cooking seafood dishes, prepared vegetarian dishes, and cook all time favorite clam chowder.I really appreciate so you have bare the author in his mind and shar.
