When the publisher, Pearson, is contacted they are of no help and accept no responsibility since the access was purchased through Amazon and not directly through Pearson. Amazon of course cannot help since the link was provided by the publisher. I feel I was ripped off by both companies, Pearson and Amazon. Buy this directly from Pearson if you want t. I had to purchase it for a class and I gave it three stars based on the setup of the book itself. I only read about 1/3 of it, but it seems to be well written and provides a deep and detailed look into educational research.. I paid $100 dollars it better have the code Amazon Customer Don't tell me it comes with an access code but then have the access code be an Etext. The access code is supposed to be for online activities! I paid $100 dollars it better have the code!
