"The Good, the Bad and the Ugly" according to John Chiavaras. Doctor Taco was a "Great Read"! It was fun and very descriptive of the adventure. The characters were real and interestingly structured. I was very impressed by Doctor Taco's emotional and sincere dedication to his mission of helping people. It's obvious that this man has a big heart and a dedication not found in most people! No details spared as he goes from a boy to a man and from a man to a doctor. Makes you really respect all the characters and foreign medical graduates in general. Needs a sequel..
