A Useful Guide to HIIT and Cycling This book serves well as a good introductory guide to HIIT training, which is what I need. The bonus is that this book correlates HIIT and cycling, and explains the basic approaches to each as well as the “rocks to avoid in the path.” The chapter on HIIT routines to use with your bike is especially useful. There are many good tips or suggestions on HIIT, cycling, and losing weight. My only complaint about the book is that it’s a bit on the short side. But it does provide useful information. A concise and well written guide to help start using your bicycle to loss weight and get in better shape. It is a good introduction to the concept of high intensity exercise and how it benefits you. It can be used with any kind of exercise, but the later part of the book details how you can use it cycling and what things you need to get you started.
