DESCRIPTION:

While it is not my intention to dispense medical advice (that's your doctor's job, and you should see him/her right away if you suspect any potentially serious medical issues), it is my belief that I can help you better understand exactly what this condition involves, including details on possible treatment options, in an easy-to-understand format.. It causes mild to intense dizziness as a result of a disturbance in the inner ear. How does BPV develop in a person? Did this come as a genetic gift from your parents? Excellent Info For Vertigo Having had an episode recently, I found this book very helpful, and actually it calmed my fears on vertigo. The book has some excellent exercises to prevent future episodes as well. The key is to get your Doctor to actually diagnose BPV, and to make sure the vertigo is not being caused by some other issue or condition. Those ear crystals can create havoc as we age.. Missing information MarkXP .The author left out a very common cause of positional vertigo which is dehydration. When you start drinking enough water don't expect instant results it takes a little time to rehydrate.I gave the book three stars because the author obviously knew something about other possible causes of vertigo.Other symptoms I had were dry mouth, stuffy nose. The stuffy nose may have been due to allergies.. I didn't find anything more useful in this book than what I found out myself R I didn't find anything more useful in this book than what I found out myself doing internet searches. I would return it if I could.
