Janet Cherry said International travel resource. I chose this rating for the ease in finding information within the book and the topic selections as a guide for international travel. All business persons with international travel responsibilities should be introduced to this series.. A Reader said Inaccuracies and time for an update. This book is really quite bad. There were lots of inaccuracies and errors especially on the section on China. One cannot write a book on customs and manners and state that it is "the world according to me"!. Common sense Some of the etiquettes mentioned in this book are common sense. If only people are more tolerant towards other people's cultures and apply common sense, then there won't be huge miscommunication.
