It works if you work it. This is well thought out and planned.I am no stranger to the concept of 12 steps and the work that needs to be done to bring about change.I did not purchase the Paths to Recovery book, but am using the Al Anon 12 & 12, per recommendation of my sponsor. Any part of this that refers the P2R book, I just skipped.I f. "bookwork not stepwork" according to Dara. a lot of the questions in the workbook are just looking for quotes, I was hoping for something more personalized.. Four Stars I think my Al-Anomn group will get good use of this workbook.
This portion of the book 'Paths to Recovery" explains each of the Twelve Steps of Al-Anon. The workbook is intended to help people thoroughly study the contents.
